2. Eligibility & Intended Use

PortalWire is intended exclusively for women’s basketball staff and personnel.

  • You represent that you have authorized access to the NCAA Transfer Portal or similar data sources.
  • You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, professional purposes.
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with all NCAA rules, institutional policies, and applicable laws.

PortalWire does not provide access to the NCAA Transfer Portal and is a separate, independent tool.

3. No Affiliation

PortalWire is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA or any governing body.

4. Data Disclaimer

The Platform aggregates and displays data from various sources. You acknowledge and agree:

  • All data is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
  • Data may be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, delayed, or incorrect.
  • We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability of any data.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying all information.

5. No Liability & Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to:
    • Recruiting decisions or outcomes
    • Missed opportunities
    • Data inaccuracies or omissions
    • NCAA or institutional compliance violations
    • Loss of data, revenue, or competitive advantage
  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to use the Platform in the preceding 30 days, or $0 if no payment was made.

6. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that use of the Platform involves inherent risks, including reliance on third-party data, and you assume full responsibility for all decisions made using the Platform.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse, copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute Platform data.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PortalWire and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, including violations of NCAA rules or applicable laws.

9. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

10. Payments

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado.
